When it comes to cooking, I love REAL food. Most artificial stuff upsets my stomach and
leaves me feeling foggy. I love to cook and I like to make dishes that are quick, simple
and healthy (as well as delicious). This lunch was one of the best things I've made! So
here it is! Make it and share your pics PLEASE! Note: this recipe could be done with
any thicker filet of fish if halibut is not an option!!! Baked Halibut with Zoodles Recipe:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Line favorite baking dish with parchment paper. @staub_usa is my FAVORITE!
Take halibut and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with avocado oil, I used
@primalkitchenfoods ,pink sea salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes and
squeeze half an organic lemon on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of fish filet (keep an eye not to
overcook). While fish is baking, spiralize 1-2 zucchinis. Add zoodles to a saute pan with
avocado oil, pink sea salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes, squeeze
the other half of your lemon on top. Saute for about 5 minutes (if overcooked, they will
get mushy)
In a large bowl, add your fav greens @organicgirl Super Greens are my go to! Add any
other salad veggies that you love! I had cucumbers and cherry tomatoes on hand! Toss
salad with avocado oil and pepper!
Add zoodles right over the salad greens and place a piece of the halibut on top! Start
drooling and enjoying! This dish is #paleo #glutenfree #ketofriendly #realfood
